Southeast Wyoming Intertribal Powwow Association organizes an Intertribal Powwow every March to promote educational opportunities to learn about Native American cultures. Cheyenne Depot Days

In May, the Depot Plaza at One Depot Square and the Arts Alliance of Cheyenne hosts Cheyenne Depot Days. Enjoy free admission to the museum and learn about trains and trolleys. Also enjoy free trolley rides. Train enthusiasts and children love attending this event each year.

Wyoming Brewers Festival

Also hosted at the Depot Plaza is the Wyoming Brewers Festival. This event is held for two days in the month of June. Residents don’t just enjoy some amazing brews but some delicious food as well. The cost to attend this event is $20 which includes 7 tokens used to purchase beer. Designated drivers get a discounted admission to this event.

Celtic Music and Arts Festival

For one weekend in June the Depot Museum invites the public to a free event to celebrate the Celtic heritage. Learn about Celtic clans, listen to Celtic music, and taste Celtic foods. There are also several vendors on hand selling a variety of Celtic arts and crafts.

Cheyenne Frontier Days

Residents of Cheyenne, WY always look forward to July because of the Cheyenne Frontier Days. The Cheyenne Frontier Days is the largest outdoor rodeo and western festival in the world. It typically lasts for ten days. Aside from rodeo events, this festival celebrates Native American heritage and all things western.
